I met Shannon through a referral maybe a year or so ago. She is extremely sweet, responded to every text and answered every question. She has a great deal of patience (as I am sooooo picky) and finally a month ago, she found the perfect place for me! If I could give her 100 stars, I would. She is a great realtor and a great person. I’m soo very happy to be able to have the opportunity to share with others how Heaven Sent my realtor Shannon Gresham has been and also to recommend her as THE Very BEST REALTOR EVER to everyone considering dabbling with the idea of home ownership. Whether a 1st time home buyer or not, Shannon is my choice every time and can also be your very best choice as well. Taking the time out to write this review for someone deserving of it is no bother to me. She is truly one in a million. As nerve racking, stressful, and scary as it is to go through the 1st time home buyer process I can honestly say I wouldn’t have done it with any other realtor. Shannon is extensively knowledgeable about the entire process. I have tremendous appreciation for her always being there to answer any questions or concerns I would have and her ability to give me knowledge regarding the entirety of the process with such clarity. Shannon would never mind having to tell me any bit of information more then twice, when ever all the information seemed to be too much and I’d have to write it down. Shannon was always keeping me thoroughly informed while always staying on top of things. From the beginning to the very end, Shannon never switched up, she always remained consistent and persistent to ensure my entire home buying process went smoothly and without any miscommunication, misinterpretations, or lack of information. Honesty and loyalty are truly a virtue and are 2 of the many great characteristics I can say my realtor Shannon Gresham possesses. It’s a great feeling knowing your working with a realtor that has your best interest at heart, a realtor you can trust, a realtor you can really rely on, one that’s not interested in just trying to sell you. There’s not enough words I can say for how amazingly exceptional Shannon was throughout my entire process. Always making me feel comfortable and reassuring me no matter how stressful, nerve racking, or discouraging the process may have seemed. I truly appreciate Shannon for all that she’s done and assisted me with throughout my entire 1st time home buying process. I thank her from the very bottom of my Heart ! I wish you nothing but many more sold !
