Shannon was recommended to us by our previous renters, who bought a new house with her help and were very pleased with her. Their high recommendation was spot on. Since we live out of state, we had to rely on everything being done from a distance. Shannon had our home in tip-top shape and on the market with an open house within less than a week. Within 4 days we had several interested buyers. She walked us through everything, step by step, long distance. She had several recommendations which we followed through on immediately, and the sale was easy and swift. Shannon went the extra steps, making sure our lawn stayed nicely mowed, that the roof and gutters were cleaned, that the carpets were clean and that the house was staged to give buyers an idea of how furniture would fit. Being out of state, we relied on her for absolutely everything, and all was done quickly and efficiently. She cheerfully, expertly and patiently walked us through the process of signing legal papers on-line and answered every email question we had within hours, not days. Our house sold quickly and painlessly thanks to her expert advice and help. I give her my highest recommendation!!

We had the best experience with Shannon McCain. She was informative about the area, not afraid to spit ball ideas with us on how to make a home work for us, and above all she showed lots of patients. She showed us a copious amount of houses upon our request before we found our perfect home. Shannon was definitely on our team and it certainly felt like that. Highly recommend Shannon to anyone buying or selling a home.

When selling our home and purchasing a new one we where very skeptical and had tons of questions. After doing some research we found Shannon to help us with our Real estate transactions. She was so patient and understanding of our needs and concerns. I think hard working is her best quality. She puts in the time needed to get the job done. Our daughter's sister-in-law recommended her and I am so glad she did. Shannon helped us purchase a home in Rainier and then she sold our house in Yelm at full asking price in just two days! She hooked us up with all the services we needed to make our home as marketable as possible. She knew roofers, electricians, remodel contractors and even a guy to take a junk vehicle away. After the house was ready she staged it beautifully. We had multiple offers within the first week. I would highly recommend her as a purchasing agent and especially as a selling agent.

I connected with Shannon regarding buy a home. She was very kind and patient, as a first time home buyer I had a lot of questions and concerns. Shannon gave me valuable advice, but also researched and sent me articles related to my questions. I felt like I had her full, undivided attention because she always responded or called me promptly whenever I reached out with a question or concern. What I loved most about working with Shannon was that there was no pressure to move faster than I was ready to move, and that she gave me advice and her own opinion (when I asked for it) but always followed up with other resources and ways I could learn more on my own. I would absolutely buy (or sell, when the time comes) with Shannon again! She was absolutely remarkable, reliable, honest, trustworthy and most importantly to me-- thorough.
