Shannon Scavo

Born and raised in Orange County, Shannon made her move to Silver Lake in 2006, opening a clothing boutique on Sunset Blvd near the trendy up-and-coming Sunset Junction. Her time living in Silver Lake led her to explore the surrounding Eastside neighborhoods and properties, where she and her husband fell in love with a charming Eagle Rock fixer that they purchased and flipped.

It was during their first home buying experience that Shannon knew real estate is where she needed to be. With Shannon’s background in fashion and renovating homes, she has an eye for detail and aesthetic excellence -with a true tenacity she works meticulously on each project.

Whether buying or selling, Shannon is here to make the journey as seamless as possible. As a realtor, her first priority is to understand every detail of her client's vision. Shannon has built a career on the foundation of trust, hard work, and perseverance and she will go to all ends to make sure her clients' needs are not only met but expectations are exceeded.

Shannon lives in South Pasadena with her husband, two children, and French bulldog Gus.
