I can't say enough good things about Shannon and the McVicker team. I have worked with Shannon for almost two years looking at more houses than I can count trying to find that perfect house that checks all the check boxes. She has a "hawk eye" for picking out flaws/defects in houses that even a contractor wouldn't find. Just when I thought all hopes of finding a house were lost, she found me my new construction dream house that popped up. Working with her from the beginning to the end of the process was a delight and not to mention the professionalism. 5 stars.

Very relational and genuine. Straight forward about what needs to be done. Proactive in attracting interested buyers and dealing with lenders, agents, etc.   When I asked what was currently available in our price range in the neighborhood we were interested in, she mentioned several immediately.  I later fact checked.  Shannon knew her stuff.  As busy as she was, she communicated with us more clearly and more often than any other professional we ever worked with. She was aggressive (and kind) in negotiating the contracts for us. We got a much better deal than we had thought possible!

I highly recommend Shannon Steenburg. She made buying a home a breeze! It was such a great experience!

I had contacted several offices trying to get an agent to show me a house that had just come on the market and I new it would go fast. Shannon was the only realtor who responded within minutes. All the others took days to call me back.

She was there for me throughout everything. When I text, called and emailed, she always answered within the hour. She was always prepared, and new exactly what to do next. She has great advice and is very professional. She showed me quite a few houses. She sent me listings that were exactly what I was looking for.

When I finally decided on a house, Shannon came out to the inspection with me and got $6k off of the final price!

Shannon gave me an awesome housewarming gift, and more gifts on my first year anniversary in the home. She is sooooo sweet!!

Every once in a while I send her questions by messenger, and she always answers me in a timely manner, and it was 4 years since I purchased my home!

I will definitely utilize her services again when I sell this house and purchase more homes in the future.
