Shannon’s commitment to her clients does not end after the real estate transaction. She is a lifelong resource offering guidance and recommendations to her clients on everything from electricians to the best brunch spots in town and, of course, their first call when it’s time to move again.

Shannon stays involved in CAAR and received the President’s Award for her efforts in diversity, equity, and inclusion. She’s committed to her community and is a big proponent of “give where you live”. Shannon donates a significant portion of her earnings each year to local charities like the UVA Children’s Hospital, Blue Ridge Area Food Bank, Hospice of the Piedmont, SARA, The How’s Project, Music Resource Center, Women United in Philanthropy, Stepping Stones, and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation of Virginia.

What many people don’t know is that Shannon has a Master’s Degree in Biopsychology and a minor in statistics. She’s even published in a few scientific journals. She loves numbers and spreadsheets but when she’s not working you’ll find her enjoying local dining, shows, and vineyards with her family and friends.
