We were thinking of moving to Galveston and used Shanon as our agent. She was extremely personable and knowledgeable. I can not imagine using any other agent after working with Shanon. I highly recommend if you are buying or selling a property you use her for your agent. Even though we have not yet decided on the move she has made the experience so easy . Shanon Royko represented my wife and myself for the sale of our house in Porter, Tx in August of 2015. I am currently attempting to sell a property on the other side of Houston and when my current contract expires, I would be delighted if Shanon could help us with this sale too. When the last sale started to get a little cold, Shanon got with it and within a week had us a contract working. She had a great idea about a buyer representative bonus and it worked to perfection. The buyers even were willing to meet our price. When some small issues developed after inspection, Shanon stepped in and we did not have to address any repairs. I am grateful Shanon was our real estate professional and I would recommend her without hesitation. I feel she is very honest and if she does not feel qualified for a particular property sale she will call someone in to help or educate herself to properly represent clients as an agent. This is the first time we bought the house and she is extremly helpful. She responsed our text so fast about listing/house information questions...Gave us the idea and opinion for first time home owner. Everything with her is SO fastttttt, she tried to work late at night to make offer for the house that we were wanting for and of course now we got it lol. Shanon conducted herself in a very professional maner. She presented our property as if it was her own dwelling that was being sold. Shanon was very maticulous in how we staged our home and making suggestions on how we could improve the appeal both inside and outside. She did very well for this first time buyer! Was very happy and made a new friend. If I needed to do anything again when it comes to Home Buying or selling.. I would go to her. When I first met her, she was very kind from day one. She went above and beyond to help search for a house from that day and it was not but a hour in until she considert a house that she knew that was about to get posted... The next week went to the house for a house viewing... She did a really detail walk through when we got to the house and did not hide anything from me..
