Sharon was an absolute blessing to have as a sellers agent on our old home and a buyers agent on our new construction. We interviewed 3 realtors when preparing to sell our home in Olathe & buy new in Blue Springs before we met Sharon. It took about 5 seconds for us to know we were going to hire her. We could tell immediately she had the local knowledge, experience, and team behind her to make our home sale a success. It didn't take her long either, she had it sold in 2.5 days (listed on Friday, in contract on Sunday) which was HUGE for us with our animals and toddler. Once we got into contract, we ended up with some difficult buyers who had zero sense of urgency and a very poor communication style. This may have been the buyers, may have been the agent, I am not sure. What I am sure of is if it wasn't for Sharon's professionalism, perseverance, and patience with the buyers, it is quite possible we would have said goodbye to our buyers which would have been a shame as it was a good deal for both parties. In many cases we observed Sharon needing to educate the buyers agent on how the actual process worked and why things they were asking were not legal or may cause problems down the road. If it weren't for Sharon catching those things I guarantee we would have missed the closing date on the selling end.

Now, jump over to the other side of buying our new construction. WHAT AN ABSOLUTE TERRIBLE BUILDER we ended up choosing. Just so terrible at communicating, saying they would take care of things when they didn't, and again no sense of urgency and not understanding the basic processes of selling a new construction home. If it wasn't for Sharon and her ability to work as a team with our lender and practically pry the required documents from the builder, I guarantee we would have missed the closing on our new home and literally been homeless.

In summary, we certainly had a roller coaster ride on both the selling and buying side and if Sharon hadn't been there to keep us and all the parties involved on track I know for a fact we would have had an absolutely unbearable experience and most likely would have given up all together on selling and buying our homes. Now we are so happy to have made it through the process and live in our brand new home. All thanks to Sharon.

For both the buying and selling side of things, whenever we needed something taken care of (roofers, inspection companies, pest control, a priest [im not joking], HVAC cleaners, security companies, etc.) Sharon knew the best people for everything. We had absolutely amazing experiences with everyone she recommended. ESPECIALLY our lender.

Lastly, she is just an overall good person and works all hours of the night to make sure her client's needs are met which is why i'm taking the time to leave her such a long and detailed review. She was always so good with our toddler, always answered the phone and even picked up the slack to uphold a promise broken to us by our builders out of her own pocket. If you don't work with Sharon, you're making a BIG mistake!!! Thank you Sharon for everything you did for us!! - Spencer & Heather
