He understands every facet of the business and has represented buyers and sellers successfully closing over $1 billion dollars in luxury Real Estate and development sales.

His unmatched dedication, integrity, and personal skills have provided him with a competitive edge to negotiate the best structured deal for buyers and sellers facilitating a smooth transaction from start to finish.

Shawn has also worked for leading developers and has been top producer on projects such as Metropica, Marina Palms, Cielo on the Bay, 50 Biscayne, Icon Brickell, One Bal Harbour, Fontainebleau III, Terra Beachside and Vizcayne.

With a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, he is trained to bring an aesthetic eye to his work and is qualified to advise his clients about the most effective ways they can stage their homes for an expedient sale.

A longtime resident of South Florida, Shawn currently resides in a Miami Beach with his wife and 3 dogs. When not collaborating with clients, he enjoys Tennis, automobiles, boating and spending time with friends and family.
