For nearly a decade, Shay has helped many families make the Upstate their new home. Because of her out of state reach, she also has a proven marketing strategy designed to reach out of state buyers. It is fitting that Shay‘s chosen field of real estate is often referred to as "an art." After a robust corporate career, she returned to her roots in the Upstate and pursued her lifelong passion in visual arts and photography.

While Shay stretched her creative side into a profession, she came to realize she missed the part of her past career that meant the most to Shay: people. Helping and getting to know people from all walks of life is Shay‘s ultimate calling and her highest passion.
