Shay comes from a family immersed in real estate. Involved in the design and build of high-end homes, he has taken his knowledge of construction to the real estate world to help his clients. Shay has conducted hundreds of residential real estate transactions with a large percentage of them being new construction that he helped design. A graduate from the University of Northern Iowa with a degree in Real Estate, Shay is on top of the latest market trends.

Outside of work, Shay enjoys cars, golfing, boating, and spending time with family and friends. Shay is involved in several car events all over the country and uses this passion to connect with like-minded people to help grow his extensive network. He is an average golfer but always has a great time and enjoys playing with new people. Even though he grew up in Iowa (the land of no lakes), he has always had a love for the water and boating, thus one of the reasons he now lives in Naples. Shay believes it is a huge reason why so many others choose to live here, and he enjoys sharing this fondness for the Naples lifestyle with his clients.
