She is a great realtor lawyer. She helped us through the home buying process without any issues at all. As first time home buyers she eased the stress and complexity of buying a house, plus we were buying a house for sale by owner and we achieved this goal in under a month! Very friendly and promptly calls you back when you have questions!!! If you do anything during your home buying process is hiring her for the process.

My Brother and I would highly recommend Shaylee to buy or sale a home.

Shaylee was the epitome of the perfect Realtor!

We decided to move overnight, and we were completely overwhelmed with the entire home selling process. She made us feel at ease instantly, simplified the listing process and directed us through it the entire time.

She got magnificent photos of our home taken overnight, got several offers at our first open house Thanksgiving weekend and got us under contract within a week!

Shaylee is a miracle worker, an incredibly positive person to work with, a knowledgeable realtor and attorney and makes you truly feel important before, during and after close!

Shaylee Holland went above and beyond in a real estate issue that dragged out for over 1.5 years! She came into the picture and within 2 weeks this real estate issue was resolved- can’t believe it!!!! If you are in a real estate issue she’s the one I would recommend- you won’t be disappointed at all she is amazing!
