Born and raised in San Diego, Sheila Etheridge brings nearly two decades of local real estate experience, a deep love for the region and a talent for building long-lasting client relationships. Having remodeled and designed many homes from the ground up, Sheila has a sharp eye for quality interior design, decor, and potential home improvements—a skill that serves buyers seeking a no-nonsense perspective on a potential purchase and sellers looking to position their home in the best possible light.
Prior to real estate, Sheila earned 2 degrees from San Diego State University, taught inner city third grade, then completed graduate school to achieve a master's in curriculum and education. She then followed in her family’s footsteps and continued working alongside her father learning the ins and outs of the real estate business.
“My family’s 45 year background in the real estate industry really inspired me to dig in and learn every facet of the business,” says Sheila. “From loans and mortgages to investing, closing deals, renovating, flipping and selling—I know what needs to be done to get my clients to their end goal.”
