Sheila and team are the consummate professionals and had a very genuine caring for us as clients and people. She was honest, open to discussion, gave valued advice and made the process easy. Selling (or buying) a house can be very emotional and Sheila managed the process perfectly. Sheila has helped us buy and sell our home in Elkhorn as well as helping my in-laws purchase their home. I would recommend Sheila and team to anyone. Simply, she is a really good person who also happens to be pretty good at this real estate thing. By the way, our house sold within two days!

I don’t write reviews very often, but Sheila absolutely earned one! She’s absolutely top notch.

We worked with Sheila Gates to buy our home in Omaha while living out of state, and somehow she made the whole process feel way less stressful than I expected. Buying a house from another state could have easily felt overwhelming, but we never felt like we were missing anything. She kept us informed, handled every detail, and made the entire process incredibly smooth.

The biggest thing that stood out was how on top of everything she was! We never had to follow up, remind her about anything, or wonder what the next step was because she was already there. Every email, deadline, question, negotiation and detail… she had it handled before we even thought to ask. Phew.

We ended up putting offers on a couple of houses before finding the right one, and at no point did we ever feel pressured. She genuinely wanted us to end up in the right house, not just any house. When it came time to negotiate, she was incredible. She caught details we never would have noticed, fought for things we wouldn’t have thought to ask for, and made sure we got as much out of the deal as possible. We learned so much from her, and that experience was invaluable as this was our very first home.

She also connected us with our lender, inspector, and other professionals, and every recommendation was excellent. It made the whole process so much easier because we trusted the people she sent us to.

On top of being really good at what she does, she’s just a genuinely kind person. She’s honest, organized, communicates constantly, and you can tell she takes a lot of pride in doing things the right way. No shortcuts here.

I’ve worked with enough people to know that this level of professionalism is rare. Buying a house is a huge decision, and having someone like Sheila in your corner makes a bigger difference than you realize until you’re going through it.

I can honestly say I don’t have a single negative thing to say about our experience. We’d recommend her to anyone without hesitation. We are living in our dream home thanks to all her hard work. Thank you so much Sheila!

Sheila Gates is truly an outstanding realtor. She helped me buy my home three years ago and just recently guided me through selling it, and in both experiences she went above and beyond.

Sheila walked through my house and thoughtfully identified what should be fixed up before listing. For projects that needed professional help, she connected me with excellent contractors. She even personally planted flowers in front of my house and brought planters for the entryway to boost curb appeal.

When it came time to set a price, she gave great advice and stayed proactive as the market shifted, making sure we were positioned well. Once we had an offer, she helped us negotiate a better price than we could have managed on our own. Even when a last-minute roof replacement came up, she guided us through it and helped us split the cost with the buyer.

On top of all that, Sheila is friendly, warm, and genuinely kind. She makes what can be a stressful process feel manageable, and she always has her clients’ best interests at heart. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

I interviewed 3 realtors before deciding who to trust the sale of our home. Shelia Gates was well prepared, very professional, and very energetic. I could tell real estate wasn’t her hobby or second income part time job. She is 110% dedicated to real estate and it shows in the way she delivers. I’m retired military and have moved a lot…this was the best experience I’ve ever had in the sale of a home. I would definitely use her again if I hadn’t moved from Nebraska to Florida but I would absolutely recommend her to everyone.
