Shelby was a delight to work with. She knows the Reno market well and helped find me the perfect house. Any questions I had were answered quickly, and the whole process was seamless. I had never purchased a home on my own before, and Shelby held my hand from start to finish. I was never pressured by her, and she continues to help me with the house until I move from out of state to Reno. I would use her again and highly recommend her.
