This is something that she understands deeply, as a San Diego native who was struck by the beauty of the Pacific Northwest in 1996. Since then, Shelley has made it her mission to get to know each of the many neighborhoods of Seattle while helping her clients to meet their real estate goals, wherever life may take them.

With over 8 years of experience serving clients across Seattle and Burien to Federal Way, Des Moines and beyond, Shelley has crafted a real estate practice built on concierge-level service. By utilizing her industry-wide network, Shelley provides her clients with everything from recommendations for subcontractors and help finding the right lender, to identifying the ideal school districts and communities for their lifestyles. Using her local knowledge and insight, Shelley will guide you throughout the process of buying or selling your home, acting as an advocate to help you achieve your personal real estate win. Versatile and dedicated, Shelley enjoys working with each one of her clients and loves every part of the real estate journey, including buying a first home, relocating, upgrading and downsizing.

Based in West Seattle, Shelley continues to push herself to experience more of her adopted home town. Between attending sporting events for her children and rooting for her fellow Huskies, she enjoys trail running and trying out local brew pubs. She also regularly donates to the Windermere Foundation. Shelley strives to give back to her community, making life better for the people who call this place home.
