Shelley made the whole home selling experience so much more comfortable than when we have done "for sell by owner" in the past. It was comforting to know that she was only a text or phone call away to answer questions and help solve problems when they arose. She was responsive and efficient in getting the paper work done, negotiations, communicating with the buyer's agent and the title company and letting us know what to expect step by step. We highly recommend Shelley and are encouraging a relative who is selling this coming Spring to use her.
