Shelley Phillips

Shelley has worked in the Real Estate industry for over 20 years. She specializes in new construction and has worked for many of the top Treasure Valley builders. She also loves finding her clients their perfect resale home, and she and her team are knowledgeable in getting homes sold for top dollar.

Since getting her real estate license in 2007, she has been a Top Producer and has received the Circle of Excellence award every year. In 2017, she earned the coveted lifetime achievement award for the Circle of Excellence. Her devotion to service and her understanding that purchasing or selling a home is among the most important decisions a person makes has earned her numerous repeat customers and many referrals.

Shelley has served on the Ada County Association of Realtors Education Committee and is currently serving on the IMLS Rules and Policies Committee .

Though not originally from Idaho, Shelley moved to McCall in 1997 where she met and married her husband, Roger, and then moved to Boise in 2000. When not crazy busy with real estate, outdoor adventures are at the top of her to-do list.
