Shelley Puentes

Shelley Puentes is a native of Northern California and has lived in Mountain House since 2004 after growing up in Alameda and living in Hayward and Castro Valley. She has a Batchelor’s Degree with an option in Mass Communications from Cal State East Bay, holds several additional real estate certifications and is currently part of the 2022 Central Valley Association of Realtors Leadership Academy and in Master Club again for 2021. She is holistic, practical, knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to respond. She is a real estate agent, Realtor, Listing Specialist, has owned rental property, admins several pages on social media and educates homeowners on YouTube about the home selling process. After settling her grandma and mother estates, Shelley realized she enjoys educating and helping others thru the probate and trust process and working with families to determine their best plan of action which led her to the specialty. When she’s not selling real estate Shelley loves line dancing and going out with her husband of over 20 years and kids ages 19 and 13.
