Shelley Wingate

Shelley Wingate is a full-time Realtor® with Dahlbeck Real Estate and a Senior Estates Director. She was honored to receive the Five Star Top Real Estate Agents award for 2014, 2015, and 2016, as voted by Los Angeles Magazine readers, a recognition received by less than 2% of the agents in the Los Angeles area. Shelley was born in Pasadena and grew up in South Pasadena. She entered the real estate industry in 2004 after leaving a 23-year career as a retail executive, where she was a Buyer for Women’s Shoes. Shelley has made Pasadena her home since 1995, when she purchased her first home. Believing in giving back to the community, Shelley has been a board member and event chair for Pasadena-Foothills Association of Real Estate Charitable Foundation (PFARCF) and is a former “White Suit” Member of the Tournament of Roses. Shelley has also earned her Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI) and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designations. Shelley spends her spare time with the love of her life, her little dog, Abbey Rose.
