Shelly has been a Realtor for almost 30 years and specializes in SW Washington residential homes sales. She feels fortunate to have found a career that is exciting and rewarding. Having the opportunity to help people with their real estate needs and seeing their dreams come true is a wonderful experience to share.

In 2008, Shelly received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management. Since then, she has obtained notable credentials, some of which include a Certified Master Negotiator, Certified Seniors Real Estate Specialist, and Managing Broker. Her ongoing education is driven by the need to improve her clients’ real estate experience.

Shelly’s mission is to create confidence that the entire process of buying or selling their home is in good hands. Her passion has been helping clients find or sell a home since 1994. She loves her chosen profession and cannot imagine doing anything else. When it comes to helping her clients, Shelly is knowledge based, resourceful, and approachable. When it comes to negotiating, she is persistent and committed to getting the very best deal for her seller or buyer.

Shelly is dedicated to helping you build and preserve your wealth through real estate. Her team consists of two Residential Buyer Agents, both bringing a passion for supporting clients to find their dream home, building their real estate portfolio, or being a resource to clients for all their real estate questions and needs. Her team also consist of a Transaction Coordinator, who oversees the management of the entire transaction, communicating with the client throughout the process, keeping everyone on track to ensure all documentation is clear, concise, and timely. And finally, she has a Marketing team who do the amazing marketing of her clients’ houses, as well as marketing her team, Caswell Partners in Realty. This incredible team allows Shelly to maximize her one-on-one service with her clients.

Shelly has lived in Vancouver, Washington her entire life and truly loves where she works. She enjoys travel, hiking, fishing, camping, horticulture, and pretty much anything outside. She also loves spending time with her fur kids. With her roots sewn in Vancouver, Shelly has had the ability to build strong friendships and relationships – including with clients. Her business is almost entirely referral based, for which she is truly blessed.

Shelly believes that we all have a purpose, and she truly loves helping people find the home of their dreams or sell their current home so they can move on to the next step in their life.
