Sheridan Sims (The Catalyst Group) was truly exceptional. Are you Looking for a Realtor who “does more”—and makes you feel like your needs are first priority? If so, Sheridan is your GUY. I was impressed with their level of knowledge and the amount of data that they had about the market. It was a no-brainer for me to work with Sheridan. He helped me navigate a home sale that was for sale by Owner. I was so Impressed He was my go to when my wife and I started looking for a commercial property. We have had numerous transactions with Sheridan now.

Sheridan was ALWAYS available for tours. His responsiveness was incredible. If he didn’t pick up, he always called back.

Sheridan will work with you to make your desires a reality. Sheridan is also very well versed at dealing with other real estate agents. When there were disagreements about certain verbiage in documents, Sheridan was patient and worked through some tough situations without breaking a sweat. His cool, calm mindset kept our anxiety low and gave me the confidence that he would get the job done – and He did!

When things in your life suddenly change it can be very overwhelming. I was referred to Sheridan, who from the start knew what I needed and started the process of getting things done. He referred me to a boxing/moving company who got the house in order and presentable for sellers. I signed papers to agree to the sale of the home 1 day after it was listed.
