Sherri was always on my side, working to make my house sale as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Sherri was that she was always available and responsive, taking the time to make sure that I understood the entire sale process. She answered all my questions and was completely honest even if the answers she gave was not what I wanted to hear.
Sherri brought in a fabulous photographer and videographer to showcase my home online. She guided me in how the house should be staged and did extensive research on comparable houses to set a realistic sale price. All these things brought in serious buyers, resulting in multiple offers – above asking - within a week of the open house.
Selling a house is an emotional experience. Sherri was a steadying influence, through all the high and lows, and made the entire selling experience a positive one! I would recommend her without hesitation
