10/10 would recommend Sherry!! She was super helpful and responsive to us throughout the entire process. We were very picky buyers and saw dozens of apartments. Sherry was there every step of the way making appointments and getting us details. From viewings to offers to COOP applications she was an invaluable resource. My husband and I had our ups and downs during this process, but Sherry was always there for us to help us find our new home. I would definitely recommend her to anyone I know looking to buy as I felt she was a true advocate for us in the process looking for the right fit and price. We ended up in the right place after months of searching and I got the parking and outdoor space I wanted all along! If you need help with an finding a new house you can’t go wrong with Sherry who is willing to see as many apartments and houses as you need find a place you can call home.

Sherry came by referral from a close friend. I had some bad experiences with some prior realtors. I needed to find a new apartment by Jan 1st. I had called Sherry and she was quick to show me 2 apartments. I decided to go with the 2nd. Sherry was able to coordinate with another realtor/landlord who originally did not want to co-broke a deal. Sherry came through for me. I would highly recommend her again. It is not a surprise she is such a success in her industry. She is poised, attentive, dependable and trust worthy

Sherry is a talented real estate agent who SOLD MY APARTMENT IN A DAY AT ASKING PRICE!! She is the best and most professional agent I worked with selling and buying several properties. She advised me on the sale price, which was higher than other brokers suggested, then matched it with qualified buyers and brought a full offer on the first showing.
