While there where others, two moments particularly stood out that made me recognize that I had an exceptional agent advocating my interests. First, after our offer was accepted and we received the home inspection report, Sherry analyzed the report data and developed a comprehensive list of was appropriate to ask the sellers to address. All of our requests –and there were multiple- were agreed upon. In my opinion Sherry struck the right balance and in the end we got addressed what needed to be addressed. Two, after the sale, and on the day we were moving in, the AC broke down, I called Sherry and told her the problem; she could have easily passed on helping -the closing occurred two weeks prior, instead she said we addressed that in the inspection and developed a game plan should it need repairing ill handle it from here. Thank goodness for Sherry Spinelli! With her staging and marketing, my condo sold in five days!!! A record for my building!! I wouldn't make a move to or from the Northern VA area now without the benefit of Sherry. She came highly recommended to me by my realtor in NC where I relocated too. I'm very fortunate to have gone through this process. Her pricing strategy led to my receiving a higher price for my home than I even considered listing the property for. Sherry worked hard at staying within the budget and still being able to update the house with fixtures and appliances. I know she spent HOURS looking at fixtures, colors, etc. Everything Sherry picked and the people she used to do the jobs, worked wonderfully...Sherry was able to guide us on a realistic asking price for our house and held several Open Houses and got to know our surrounding neighbors as well.
