I was looking for a new aparment on short notice after my previous roommates found employment elsewhere. Searching on my own had yielded a few places which looked much better in pictures. Getting desperate, I found Sheryl through a posting for one of the properties she represents in Rochester. While I couldn't rent this particular property, Sheryl then proceeded to lead me around Royal Oak, Shelby Township, and Rochester Hills to look at additional properties. After a late night of searching, I decided on a place which had only been on the market for 5 days, which demonstrates Sheryl's knowledge of this market. More importantly, Sheryl wouldn't quit until I had found a place which met my needs. I believe we spent ~3 hours after work one day and finished around 9:00pm. I was looking for a place to live for about two weeks before I met Sheryl and she decided to help me. She was able to show me many more options for houses and apartments than what I was able to find online by myself. She was straightforward and always spoke her mind about the different places we went to see. I had just moved to Michigan and she was patient in explaining to me how things worked around here. She also found me a roommate and that opened up my search for places. She has always been responsive when I have reached out to her with any questions. We finally found a great place and she helped us get it quickly. Overall, I was very lucky to have come across her during my apartment search.
