Sheryl made buying our first home fun and professional at the same time! She fought for us in every aspect from start to finish! Approaching every step in the process with expertise as if she were buying the home. You can tell she really cares about making sure everything is done right for you. She listens to what you want and executes. There was very little work on our end (signatures), Sheryl handled nearly everything else for us. I can’t thank her enough for how easy and fun she made it! If you are looking to buy a home now or in the future, I highly recommend her! Thanks again Sheryl for making this a memory we will never forget!

Sheryl Taylor was really great realtor for us! She was super friendly, listened to our concerns, our wants, and our needs. She even gave us advice to not move forward with a house after we were wrestling with the decision ourselves. That was extremely helpful for us. She was always open to chatting or texting when we needed (sometimes even past 10pm!). We also greatly appreciated her patience as we ended up looking at A LOT of homes for sale.

Two small things I would like to see improved were that sometimes she did not respond to calls/messages as quickly as we would hope. That is more than likely a symptom of how crazy the market is/was (2020) and I'm sure it was mostly due to her being extremely busy with other clients and other needs (everyone has a life after all!). So while it was a little frustrating that she wouldn't respond as quickly as we would like (again, crazy market) some times, she still made more than ample time for us.

The other thing to change would be to try to maybe pull more personalized results, or to put a more personal touch on them. When she would send us houses it was clear (and she told us we would get alerts like this) that they were auto-generated and sent as an e-mail. This was mostly fine as it did let us see a lot of homes, but a more personal touch would have been appreciated. Instead of us filtering through houses sent to us, if Sheryl picked a select few and wanted to show those to us, that would have been awesome.

Google doesn't appear to let me give half stars or else I'd rate her 4.5 stars out of 5. The only negatives being the two things mentioned above. Even with those I would absolutely recommend Sheryl for your real-estate needs. Her and the other people at Premium Realty group were great to work with and really did make a stressful home hunt and document signing process fairly painless. We got to look at houses and not worry *too* much about everything else.

Oh! She and her group were also able to sell our previous house quickly and ABOVE asking! Both houses closed on the same day which was a HUGE plus to us.

Definitely look into Sheryl Taylor and Premium Realty group for all your real estate needs!
