We recently had the pleasure of working with Shikha in our efforts to sell our home. Our experience with Shikha was nothing short of exceptional. From the very beginning, Shikha showed great dedication and expertise. She took the time to understand our needs and gave us invaluable insights and guidance throughout the process. She was always there to answer our questions, address our concerns, and offer thoughtful advice.

Shikha created a marketing plan and helped us find a contractor to help highlight our home's unique features. She used both traditional and digital methods, and worked tirelessly to represent us. I must say that it’s because of her efforts that resulted in a lot of interest, showings, and eventually a few decent offers. it’s deeply in her working style that she kept us informed and empowered to make the decisions.

The house is where both of our kids grew up, and my wife is deeply emotionally attached to it. I managed to convince her to put the house on the market, but we ultimately decided to keep it for a few more years. Despite, our turning back this late in the selling process, she respected our decision without hesitation and offered help for any future real estate needs.
