Shikha Seth

Shikha Seth joined PCCP in October 2015. Ms. Seth serves as Head of Human Resources and is a member of PCCP’s ESG Committee and Benefits Committee. She is responsible for recruiting, benefits administration, payroll, employee relations, training and development, performance management, compensation, policies, programs, and culture and engagement. Prior to joining PCCP, Ms. Seth worked as a Senior HR Generalist for Wonderful Pistachios & Almonds, a food manufacturing company based out of California. Prior to that, Ms. Seth was an HR Coordinator at Wiley Rein LLP, a private law firm in Washington, DC. Ms. Seth is a member of NAREIM and CalChamber.
