Shinglian Chu

Shinglian has been a very consistent top producing real estate professional since completing her real estate training program at Herbert Hawkins Realty in 1988. She was awarded the “Gold Seal Associate” in the first year of her career. In 1990 she joined RE/MAX and continued to rank among the top sales associates in the Sate of California every year, receiving numerous awards, including the Hall of Fame, Platinum Club, 100% Club awards. She consistently ranked among the top 1% of all sales associates nationwide.

In 1999, Shinglian joined Simon Chu & Associates, Inc. a commercial real estate service firm, to form a premier, full service real estate company, Shinglian Associates, to provide clients with comprehensive, high quality service across different market segments. Today, the firm has helped hundreds of local and international clients achieve their goals and financial success through the firm’s top quality professional service and value-added solutions.

Prior to her real estate career, Shinglian worked in varioius professional capacities at Citibank, Wells Fargo Bank, Tokai Bank and TRW’s Denfense & Space Sector (now Northrop Grumman.)
