Sibita Proctor

Sibita Proctor is a professional Realtor, who has earned the Realtor of Distinction designation as well as been recognized as a Charleston Top Producer for multiple years. As a Lowcountry native, Sibita's extensive local knowledge allows her to help clients find the property that is right for them. Whether it is a relocation to a primary residence, a second home at the beach, or an investment property, Sibita knows the area well and can identify strong investments.

Sibita lives in Mt Pleasant, where she has raised three children; the oldest two share her alma mater, the College of Charleston, and the youngest is currently enjoying working as a waterman and boat charter captain during summers off from college. As a Mother and former educator, she has extensive knowledge of the local schools and neighborhoods. Sibita is an active member of her community recently serving on the Harleston Green Board, the Board of the Oceanside Collegiate Academy Booster Club and serving as the OCA Varsity Football Mom for several years. As an advocate for wounded veterans and their young families, Sibita donates a portion of every real estate transaction. When she is not working on real estate, you can find her with her family and two big, happy labs out on the boat on one of Charleston's beautiful waterways!
