I can't say enough about Silvana's services. I had gone through 4 different Real Estate agents before meeting Silvana. Every single agent before her had their own agenda and their best interest at heart. I wanted to also use a grant program to help my parents (who are senior citizens) and other agents completely ignored my wishes. Other agents didn't have the patience or honesty to help my parents through the tedious process of buying a home. As soon as I saw a home my parents were interested in, I reached out to Silvana. She was shockingly very prompt in responding back and letting them see the home quickly. She was a shark when it came to making sure all documentation was explained and completed in a timely manner. She was very honest and knowledgeable and didn't let the seller take advantage of my parents. She was so professional with her services, I even recommended my sibling to her and she helped him purchase his home as well. I will always recommend Silvana when buying a home because she's just that good. Trust me...she will have your best interest at heart.
