Silvano is the Owner/CEO of Loayza Real Estate, Inc. Silvano has more than 30 years of sales and marketing experience and over 15 years of real estate experience. Silvano was a successful Businessman and an Attorney in Peru. Silvano graduated from the University of San Martin De Porres in Lima, Peru majoring in Law and Political Science.

Prior to starting his own business in in 2006, Silvano had a successful career at a well-known Real Estate brokerage. Early in his career, Silvano was recognized and awarded for his continued success. Silvano was granted membership to Coldwell Banker International President’s Elite because of his high standards of professionalism and recognition of his success.
