May 2021, my husband got transfer to Tennessee and we needed to sale our house right away to be able to move. We contacted our Realtor Silvia Lazo. She started right away working to get everything ready to put the house on the market. Silvia is very professional, efficient and determined.
Man! she got us a really nice price for the house even though we selected the wrong time to put the house on the market. Because we waited until the beginning of summer and with all the kids getting out of school, graduations, and vacations planned it was tough. Wow..where to begin,
Silvia is the BEST Realtor I have ever met! Not only was she the sweetest human being but very knowledgeable about what she does. I was amazed of how far she would travel to meet me at the homes I was interested in. She helped me with every step of the way (I’m a first home-buyer) so imagine! She made it so easy for me. Her availability was very open, always there to answers any questions I had and etc. I never felt pressured by her at all. She helped my family and I find the home of our desire and made sure it was something within our budget. I couldn’t be more grateful for everything she did for us including being present during the closing day! I’ll never forget about how detail oriented she was when it came to me signing away on the closing documents. She even pointed out mistakes as simple as the DATE the gentlemen had put when signing his portion, it was crazy! I just love her as a person, friend, and a realtor! ❤️
