Simon began his real estate career in 2007 while pursuing his college degree, balancing early mornings, late nights, and a relentless work ethic. By the time he graduated from Fresno Pacific University in 2011, he had already established himself as one of the top producers in the Visalia market.
Over the years, Simon expanded his leadership footprint — managing a luxury real estate office in Burlingame while continuing to serve the Central Valley, and earning recognition in 2017 as one of the Top 5 Agents in Tulare County. In 2018, he returned to his hometown of Dana Point and launched the next chapter of Right Guy Real Estate in South Orange County.
Today, Right Guy Real Estate has facilitated more than 600 successful transactions. The company is known for its strategic marketing, strong negotiation, and deep market knowledge — serving clients across Dana Point, San Clemente, San Juan Capistrano, Laguna Niguel, and the surrounding coastal communities.
