Born and raised on the Central Coast, Simon has extensive knowledge of the area. Additionally, growing up in a Real Estate family gave him access to great guidance & knowledge at an early age. He prides himself in mirroring his father's & mother's example of working one-on-one with clients and giving them the personal service that everyone deserves when making the biggest financial decision of their lives.
Through working in all aspects of construction from pouring foundations, framing, electrical and plumbing has given him a unique knowledge of properties that goes a long way for him to be able to advise his clients on maintenance and what problems may or may not arise. Bay Osos Brokers also has a property management side of the business, which provides Simon with a unique knowledge and access to contractors and vendors that he then can refer to his clients for any project that comes up long after closing.
