My name is Sitell Patel. I am originally from Zambia and moved to the United States in 1997. I moved to Myrtle Beach, SC in 1998 where I met my husband. My husband and I have two beautiful adult children now, Dylan and Alisha. I have been a resident of Horry County since April 1998 and have seen it grow every day. Having worked in Customer Service and Sales for several years, my family and I made the decision that I should work in Real Estate. I decided to join the best of the best in the industry and joined Coldwell Banker Chicora Advantage in 2009, now known as Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage. Over the years, I have strived to provide the best service to all my clients. One of the most important things for me is Continuing Education. I have devoted time to attending advanced educational courses and taking examinations to earn these designations. I received my Accredited Buyer Agency (ABR) designation, which has trained me to provide excellent care and services to any buyer interested in purchasing real estate. I received my Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) designation in 2012 and have gained in-depth knowledge of technical subjects and fundamentals of real estate. To better serve my clients, I received my Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE) designation in 2017 giving me a stronger ability to resolve conflicts with all types of negotiators and get better results and greater satisfaction for my clients. I have successfully continued my education in Real Estate by training and taking continuing education classes every 2 years so I can bring value to my clients, and serve the unique needs of my clientele, including first-time homebuyers, seniors, consumers interested in green building practices, and buyers and sellers involved in Foreclosures or Short Sales.
