So Yung Gaeta

So Yung Gaeta has lived in Santa Monica for 20 years, and for over 40 years in Southern California:

La Crescenta; Westwood; and Brentwood.

She has purchased and sold properties in Santa Monica, Marina del Rey, Hancock Park, La Crescenta, Brentwood, San Bernardino, and San Francisco. With her experiences as a buyer, seller, and agent, she understands the client’s concerns and excitement. So’s thoughtful, caring and open character puts clients at ease, and her clients know she will take care of them. So is always looking out for her client’s best interests.

After graduating from UCLA, So became an event producer/manager to help raise funds for the Venice Family Clinic, UCLA School of Social Sciences, and Chrysalis. She became a marketing consultant for a shoe company and managed all aspects of marketing: trade shows; print ad campaigns; website design; and interfacing with retailers/salesforce.

As a longtime resident in Santa Monica, So and her husband, Dave Gaeta, are involved with their two children’s activities and their schools. Dave and So have been members of their school’s PTA and held positions on PTA and PTA Executive Board. Also, for the past five years, So has been the Treasurer of her HOA Board because she wants to be involved with the many aspects of her community.
