Solon Carlson

Solon represents buyers, sellers and investors in a variety of real estate matters including residential and commercial transactions, 1031 exchanges, investment real estate (multifamily, NNN, NN, pharmacy, fast food, convenience, office), land and asset management. He also brings considerable experience in the development and construction of residential and multifamily real estate.

Solon’s background in finance and audit brings a unique skill set in analyzing and evaluating real estate opportunities for his clients. He is very attentive to detail, professional, knowledgeable and he aims to always exceed his clients’ expectations.

Outside of work Solon enjoys spending time with family, traveling and partaking in what the great outdoors has to offer.
