She has served as an independent legal advisor on financing and sales transactions, and has represented coop and condo boards, real estate developers, financiers, hoteliers, small businesses, individuals, and families in New York City throughout her career. She lives with her family in Manhattan and is actively involved in the local community through her work on non-profit boards and government councils.
