I didn't know what to expect going into this but she is making selling a home and looking for a new home a fun experience. My husband and I recently moved to Houston from another city. Heta Shah said, Sonal was very knowledgeable and accessible thru out the selling of my home. She spent alot of time with me and explained the process at every step. We worked thru pricing strategies and I felt she had my best interest at heart. She worked very hard on making sure we sold the house at the right price and to the right people. I loved my old house and really wanted to make sure whoever bought my house would love it like I did. Sonal made sure of that. She always answered my calls, questions and concerns. Also with her background from Bank of America, she was also able to help me with numbers when it came to the old house and new house. She really thinks thru each scenario and comes up with the best solution for me. She was there every step of the way. Even with the inspectors for both the homes. I would like to mention that because of Sonal's background with mortgages, she is the reason I am sitting in my new home. We had an obstacle with my new home loan and Sonal had an idea that helped my lending company come up with a solution. Sonal really cares about her clients and that is so evident in how hard she works. She is always smiling and has such a positive attitude. She is honest and will not lead you in the wrong direction. When I decided to move to Sugar land, I was in the market for a real estate agent. My friend suggested Sonal Shah. I was bit skeptical as her background was more in to Finance and Mortgage rather than as a real estate agent. I decided to give it a try and it worked out very well for me. My budget was for resale homes. Sonal prepared a list of houses and we started visiting few of them. Sometimes, Sonal will stop by builders’ office for a littler chat. She knows lot of people in the industry. She showed me few new homes and I liked one. It was pricey and out of my range. Sonal kept in touch with the builder, waited till new sales event and negotiated expertly with the builder and got me thousands of dollars of savings and upgrades. Later on I came to know that she also has a professional degree of Certified Negotiation Expert. She not only knows sales people but also knows people higher ups at the corporate level. She keeps in touch with me even during construction, which took about 5-6 months. She has always been on my side in all the discussions with the builder. I never felt she is trying to rush things up. There are thousands of agents who wants to make a quick deal, but Sonal is a different breed. She is very professional and service oriented. Whenever I went with her to see the home, I always felt that she has my best interest in her mind. I would confidently recommend Sonal to my friends for all their real estate needs.
