Sonia Moncayo

Sonia began her career in real estate over 16 years ago while working as a listing agent for an investment firm. On average, she sold over 50 properties per year in Los Angeles, Riverside and San Bernardino counties. She brings value to her clients by having access to the latest in technology and tools to serve them better. Sonia enjoys working with buyers as well as home sellers. Sonia has had the honor of being part of National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) coveted TOP 250, which puts her as one of the top 250 Hispanic Real Estate Agents in the country. Sonia also serves on the board of Directors for NAHREP's Los Angeles Chapter and is the President Elect for 2017. In 2018 she become the President of South Bay Chapter at NAHREP which was a tremendous experience in Leadership and helping the real estate community with incredible events by increasing their knowledge and productivity.

Sonia has been awarded as Platinum, Gold and Silver awards from her local board of realtors as well as being awarded a one of top 10% America's Most Honored Professionals in 2015 and a 10 Best in Client Satisfaction for 2016 by the American Institute of Real Estate Professionals.

Sonia's passion is to serve minorities. Speaking Spanish as a first language, Sonia can serve both the Spanish speaking community as well as other minorities. When a client puts his/her trust in Sonia and requests her services, the relationship begins, but that relationship will flourish into a lifelong relationship based on professionalism and knowledge. Sonia considers herself a great negotiator, but most importantly, she strives to communicate as much information as desired based on an honest opinion with the client's interest above everything else.
