With over 23 years of experience in real estate, Sonja has worked in all aspects of the business, including luxury, investment properties, relocation, new home sales, land and residential development. Sonja has spearheaded the Sales & Marketing for residential communities including Terrazza at Genoa Ranch and Winchester Country Club. Sonja loves to work with both Sellers & Buyers, seasoned investors and first-time buyers. In order to provide the highest level of expertise to her clients, Sonja is continually investing her time in education and has earned designations as a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, Senior Real Estate Specialist, Certified Investment Analyst Specialist and holds a Certification in Digital Marketing for Real Estate. Sonja holds a BS Degree in Computer Science from Duke University and an MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. She is fluent in German and Spanish.
Sonja enjoys being involved in her community. She is one of the original founders and Board Chair of the Nevada Discovery Museum and has served on the boards of Sage Ridge School, Nevada Women’s Fund, Junior League of Reno, Mountainview Montessori and Nevada Elite Soccer. Sonja has two adult daughters and three stepkids. When she is not working at her career in Real Estate, Sonja enjoys spending her time playing tennis, golf, hiking, skiing, traveling, and spending time with family.
