Soraya is an awesome agent who recently helped us sold our house.
No agent we have even seen in our life time that would helped clean and stage the house for us. Soraya sold our house at top dollar where we did not need to do any repairs. Soraya when over and beyond her responsibilities to help us sold our house. we are forever grateful for her kindness and her ability to sell at top dollar so we could have money to fund our retirement living.
We recommend Soraya to anyone that is looking for an amazing agent that take care for the clients like her own family members and go over and beyond to make sure all is done properly. We love you Soraya. We thank you so much.

As a "First Time" home seller we did not know what to look for and how to best proceed about selling our home. We conducted a plethora of research before choosing a real estate firm. We decided the best approach would be to determine who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings.

OnPoint San Diego Realty, more specifically, Soraya Pizzey did an excellent job in selling our home for us. This agency stood out as the obvious choice. Their social media presence dominated the San Diego Realty Market. We could tell they put a lot of time and effort into their listings.

We spoke with Soraya and then met with her at our home. She educated us on the nuances of the current realty market in San Diego. She spent hours answering our questions, providing objective quality evidence regarding comps in the zip code. She had broken down the comps by neighborhoods. She even went as far as breaking down the comps by individual streets in our Addition. She explained how long a typical listing stays on the market as well as what we could expect.

Soraya made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors do not (but should), like having, professional photographs taken as well as pointing out several inexpensive ideas that significantly increased the "curb appeal" of our home. In the end, our home went under contract in just days after we put it on the market at 4.5% above the asking price. We accepted and Soraya walked us through every step of the closing process. It could not have been a more pleasant experience.

My husband and I recently sold our home of 24 years. To say it was a difficult decision would be an understatement. It was an extremely difficult experience for me personally due to my emotional attachment to this house. Our children were born and raised here.

My husband and I conducted a ton of research on real estate firms. We interviewed several real estate agencies before deciding on OnPoint Realty. My husband and I struggled with finding the right agency. In an effort at "Full Disclosure", my husband was looking for completely different set of skills than I was looking for.

We received multiple offers within the first few days the house went on the market. We ending up selling the home for nearly 5% above listing price. She did an excellent job at selling our home. We could not have been more pleased!
