I was looking at homes from past 1 year but was not able to close one in this competitive Bay Area market. Sowmya was recommended to me by my neighbor who has closed a home recently through her. I reached out to her about my requirements. She has a good local knowledge as to which homes are at what cost in various neighborhoods of Bay Area. She has lot of patience in searching out the listings and forwarding it to us. She sets up prior appointments in these COVID times and always does her homework around the listing. She helped me close a home by negotiating well and beyond my expectations. She also helped me get warranties which were not mentioned in the closing documents by talking to the listing agent. I would highly recommend her for buying a home in Bay Area.
