Spencer Lugash is a California real estate Broker & real estate attorney with 25 years’ experience. A graduate of Pepperdine School of Law, Spencer maintains the Lugash Law Center which specializes in working with homeowners and real estate agents to help and advise them as to the legal and practical issues surrounding real estate loss mitigation.
In 2012 Spencer co-founded Big Block Realty, a flat fee real estate brokerage headquartered in San Diego, California. Spencer served as COO, General Counsel and Broker of Record of Big Block Realty and was directly responsible for the daily oversight, training, and supervision of over 850 real estate agents and thousands of real estate transactions. Spencer successfully exited the company in 2018 and subsequently created a new brokerage, Ten X Realty, which was quickly recognized as a leader in residential real estate. In late 2021, Ten X Realty was acquired by Reali, a tech real estate brokerage offering cutting edge products raising over $300 million in funding. Spencer served as Reali's Broker of Record and subsequently left to start and build a new brokerage, TXR Homes, where he continues to serve as CEO & Broker of Record.
In addition, Spencer has and continues to work as a real estate coach to thousands of California real estate agents and brokers on items such as compliance, risk management, operations and contract and disclosure training. Spencer also continues to work at his law firm as well as serving on various Boards of Directors, including the San Diego Association of REALTORS, California Association of REALTORS, National Association of REALTORS, Zoom Technologies, and the Levitt & Quinn Family Law Center.
