The guided driving tour was helpful especially since I've never been to Treasure Valley. I found it easy to drive coming from a larger city. Street signs were easy to see and traffic wasn't bad. All the trees were blooming and it was sunny. My daughter and I walked the Greenbelt Trail near Quinn's Ponds. Beautiful area and I felt safe.

We are moving from out of state so we had to go through a lot of sight unseen and remote processes to buy our house. Spencer and his team are absolutely amazing. He was on top of everything, got us into houses to look at when we had limited time in the area and worked his tail off to land us exactly what we wanted. We definitely couldn’t have done it without him. His team has made sure we also have all the contacts to make an out of state move as easy as possible. I definitely would make Spencer and his team your first stop if you are looking to buy in that area!!!!!! They are the best!!!

Spencer was great. Better than great. He drove us around all day two days in a row. He listened to our wants, needs, and dealbreakers. He gave us a tour all through town, and a little outside a bit, and was so patient. He also wasn’t bad to be around. He was funny, creative, outgoing, but also professional, tactful, and well spoken. We took a winter tour, and plan on coming back in spring or summer for another.

Misty was more than amazing and went above & beyond to help us find a house we absolutely love!! She never gave up, even when unforeseen issues arrived and delayed our move to Idaho. She has been our rock!! There are not enough words to describe what an incredibly knowledgeable, professional, friendly, caring person & agent she is. She is also a great strategist! Even my mortgage broker was so impressed with Misty that he has started referring people to her.

She took us on many tours & taught us the area. Misty always kept in mind the features that were important to us in a home & community. We enjoyed all our outings with her. Misty truly cares about you & your family. She puts her heart into what she does. She is honest, trustworthy & dependable! She was able to get us a home with the size we really wanted, with mountain views, big backyard, etc for even a better price than we could’ve imagined. The house literally checked all the boxes. We were introduced to Spencer a couple years ago by friends who thought highly of him. We came to Treasure Valley to research the area for a possible move. Spencer jumped right in (like he dropped everything he was doing and made us a priority right away 😊) and showed us around and the types of homes we were interested in. He sent us a lot of helpful information as we continued researching, even in other areas. He continued to check in on a regular basis. He was everything a realtor should be: kind, sensitive, knowledgeable, patient and not pushy. Although we have decided not to move (at least anytime soon) I know I'd call Spencer in a heartbeat because I know he'd steer us in the right direction. We are grateful for your time and knowledge.

Just a quick note of appreciation for Kara Harwick. My wife and I decided to move to Boise when we retired. We didn't know a single person but we were referred to Kara who helped us locate our first rental in Boise. I couldn't believe the wealth of information that Kara brought us, even coming to our hotel one morning to meet us personally and taking charge. She referred us to several properties and told us what and where to look as well as potential areas for concern. After a week we found a great place in a great neighborhood. Without a doubt, Spencer is the best real estate agent my wife and I have ever worked with. We have bought several houses over the years and we used a different agent for each one. We have never felt a good connection with our agents from start to finish. Most agents are great up front, but become less interested as the buying process moves along. This was not the case with Spencer! Throughout the process, Spencer made us feel like we were his number one clients. That never faded, even after closing. I can't say enough good things about Spencer Southey. I moved from Oregon to Idaho and he truly made it seamless for me. He got to know me first...my lifestyle, what's important to me, etc. and he really listens and retains that information. As we were looking at houses he would remind me of the things that were important to me to think through if it was a house/location I'd be happy in or not. He's extremely knowledgeable about the Boise and outlying areas as well as with home construction, how things work, what to look for and when I decided on a new build he worked diligently with the builder to get me an amazing deal and to make sure everything was done properly. He has a great eye for detail. His team was fabulous to work with through the closing process. Not a single kink in the process. I closed a week ago and he still continues to check in to make sure any questions are answered and that I'm getting what I need from the builder. SUCH a great experience! Thank you Spencer!
