I highly recommend Julie Kopel and her team! Julie worked with us to buy our wonderful UWS apartment last summer. We were on a tight schedule to find and close on a place before the school year started. Julie organized a whirlwind tour of available apartments shuttling us around the neighborhood and navigating complex itineraries and logistics with remarkable ease. She helped us evaluate the trade offs between places, and ultimately ruthlessly negotiated an offer on a phenomenal apartment. Her and the team then orchestrated all the steps between offer and closing and kept everything moving along at a comfortable pace.

Julie's confident, organized and direct approach worked well for us and we appreciated the efficiency and predictability of her engagement model. That and she put up with all of our idiosyncrasies and insecurities about the process without letting on at all how annoying we were being. It was a pleasure working with Julie and if the opportunity arises, we'd enthusiastically work with her again.
