Stacey was always there for us. We sold our house that we lived in for 34 years. You can collect alot of junk during that time. When we were supposed to be out of the house for the walk through, we couldn't make it by then. I was getting upset when Stacey and the new owners walked in. Stacey can over to me and hugged me saying that there was nothing to be upset about and it was ok
We ended up leaving the house for the last time two hours after the walk through

Mrs. Schnepp is professional, responsive, knowledgeable, hard working and gets things done in a timely manner. Not to mention she will go out of her way to help even after the sale is closed. It was such a pleasure working with Stacey. She was there for us from the beginning to the end with our home hunt. She was very responsive and cared for our interest. We had a very tough time during our hunt, losing a few offers, but she remained and helped guide us to the right track. Eventually, we got the house that we've been dreaming for, and everything just went smoothly from there. She still kept in touch, and provided us with different contractors that could help us. I was looking for a home to rent on my own with no luck. Phone calls not being returned, and rentals were going so fast I didn't have a chance. Then I got help from Stacey Schnepp, she found me a beautiful condo, she made the calls, we did the application on line, she assisted me with any questions, next thing I know I was packing!! Couldn't have done this without her! Stacey is very professional, helpful, and returns calls and messages in a reasonable amount of time. I recommend Stacey for anyone looking for a home😊.
