Stacie Whitbeck

Stacie Whitbeck is an award-winning Associate Real Estate Broker licensed in New York and Florida. Stacie is a Brand Ambassador for the Keller Williams (KW) Realty Gateway Luxury Division out of Canandaigua, New York. She specializes in the eastern suburbs of Rochester, the Finger Lakes, and the Florida southeast coastal region. Stacie also represents select commercial properties that are located within her geographical areas of expertise. Stacie has a special expertise in luxury properties in the $1 Million plus range. She had the highest sale in Monroe County in 2016 and the highest sale in Yates County in 2017. In 2017 Stacie listed 20% of all of the inventory for million dollar plus properties. In 2018 and 2019 Stacie was one of the top producing agents for the brokerage. In 2020 Stacie is one of the top 25 producing agents in the region and #4 in the Finger Lakes and has the highest median sale at $1.4Million.

A native of Syracuse, Stacie moved to Rochester in 1985 to begin a successful career in health care service, administration, and consulting. Graduating with a combined bachelor’s and master’s degree of Science in Nursing from the University of Rochester, Stacie started her nursing career at Strong Hospital where she quickly ascended the administrative ranks. She went on to become the Assistant Vice President of Nursing at Highland Hospital and was soon recruited by Ernst & Young/Cap Gemini in NYC where she worked as an operational and financial consultant for academic healthcare systems across the country.

In 2001, Stacie partnered with her husband and orthopaedic spine surgeon, Dr. Gordon Whitbeck, to start a private surgical practice. They went on to build the most successful singe provider surgical practice in Western New York. After a decade of working with her husband and 25 years in healthcare, Stacie made the decision to pursue what had been a long-time interest in architecture, design, and real estate, and obtained her real estate license.
Stacie and her family live in Pittsford and enjoy summers on Canandaigua Lake. When she isn’t working, Stacie spends time with her husband of 39 years and their two children. Stacie is active in local philanthropic activities and is presently serving as a Community Chairperson for Rochester Regional Health’s $300 Million Capital Campaign. She enjoys traveling, entertaining, and the rich social and cultural aspects of life in Western New York.
