Stacy DiPhillipo is absolutely amazing! She was so patient and kind when my husband and I were searching for our perfect home. We had so many moving parts including great school systems and proximity’s to our families and commute to work. She took what we said and helped us narrow down locations and homes that were in our budget and got us an amazing home with great schools! She also did an excellent job helping us get our house up on the market. We seriously cannot thank her enough for all of her hard work and making the process as smooth as possible. HIGHLY recommend her!

I sold my home of 45 years the end of 2020. I depended upon the real estate agent that listed and sold my home to help me find a suitable home in the locations and price range I could afford. After receiving many listings of homes that were not suitable for me, I happened to come across a listing for a new modular home that Stacy DiPhillipo of Lamacchia Realty was linked to. She was extremely patient with me with regards to meeting me and going back and forth several times to go over the exact modular home I could afford and be happy with.
I must have changed my mind at least five times in the kind of home I wanted to purchase. Stacy really took an interest with me in finding the kind of home I would feel comfortable with. It did not take her long to get a good feeling of what I wanted in a new home. She would send me listings that were right in my price range and location. She never complained when she assisted me in looking at several one level condos to changing my mind again and helping me find the right townhouse condo.
I am in my middle 60’s and have encountered many people in my lifetime. I never appreciated or tolerated fast talking or high-pressure tactics with the purchase of a new car, new appliances and even a new job. After meeting with Stacy several times, I began to trust her knowledge of real estate and her helpful advice. Most of all, I trusted her with my best interests at heart when it came to offering prices on condos in this crazy real estate market. I cannot thank her enough for her patience with me when I needed it the most at this time in my life. She helped me find a new place to call home.
